With a 4G / 5G connection, the mobile carriers use CG-NAT (carrier grade NAT) which means that any forwarding rules that may need to be applied won’t work due to how their network is built.
A SimRush Static IP Service add-on is required for Port-Forwarding to work.
Using the SimRush Static IP add-on service, this bypasses the issues surrounding CG-NAT as the controller is connecting directly to our Datacentre and delivering a Static IP which is a 1:1 connection thus enabling Port Forwarding to work correctly.
SimRush Controllers do not support any Dynamic DNS services such as dyndns and no-ip etc
