SPanel v1.0 – Clients & Users

Add a New User in SPanel

Follow these steps to remove hardware from SPanel

1. Login to SPanel
2. Click “Clients” on the left tool bar
3. Click “List Clients” on the left tool bar
4. Search for the client
5. Click on the “Eye” icon
6. Page will refresh and show the sites and users tab for this client
7. Click on “Users” tab
8. Then click the “+” button to add a new user which is specific for this one account to gain access to the sites associated with it
9. The user will now have access to manage things themselves

Remove Client from SPanel

Follow these steps to remove hardware from SPanel

1. Log onto SPanel
2. Find Client to remove
3. Find Site to remove
4. Find Serial of hardware to be removed
5. Log onto VPN Concentrator and find units
6. Log onto Units to be removed
7. If unit is online, Enable redirect script/NAT Rule?? Or just disable SSTP / PPTP client
8. If unit offline, unable to disable client
9. disable/remove PPP secret in VPN concentrator
10. Mark serial as Unsupported on CRM
11. If customer has multiple sites – Delete specific site from SPanel
12. If customer only has single site – Delete Site, Then Delete Client
